A FEW OF OUR NOTABLE CASES

        • Won dismissal from prosecutor of 1st Degree Child Molestation, Whatcom County Superior Court, after defense investigation

        • Won not guilty of 1st Degree Murder, Attempted Murder and Assault, Snohomish County Superior Court and then won award of self-defense attorney fees from the jury

        • Won not guilty verdict of assaulting law enforcement officers, U.S. District Court for the Western District of Washington

        • Won not guilty jury verdict for teacher accused of sexual misconduct with student, Kitsap County Superior Court

        • Won reversals of rape convictions, client released from prison and convictions ultimately vacated, Clark County Superior Court
        • Won numerous felony and  domestic violence cases resulting in not guilty jury verdicts or dismissals by prosecutors
        • Presented successful petitions for clemency or pardons to the governor of the State of Washington
        • Won dismissals by state and federal prosecutors in several cases including firearms trafficking, drive-by shooting, drug trafficking, rape, DV-allegations, fraud and theft
